About Dominic
Hi, I'm Dominic! I work itinerantly as a Church & Leadership Catalyst. I’m passionate about the revitalisation of the Church and the reigniting of faith in the nations!
My ministry journey began as a teenage leader at Kensington Temple in the mid-1990s. From there, I went on to become an award-winning Theology student at Cambridge University. I’ve since directed a Bible college, pioneered new churches, pastored mid-size congregations, and also led in some of the largest churches in the nation. My church leadership path has taken me from London, to Letchworth, to Norwich, and most recently to Cardiff, where I was the Senior Minister of City Church. Over the years I've had the privilege of contributing to various national organisations by serving on boards and advisory councils; it’s an honour to be on the National Leadership Team of the Elim Pentecostal churches - a movement of around 550 churches in the UK and Ireland.
Developing and equipping leaders in both the Church and the marketplace is a particular joy of mine. I enjoy helping people integrate their faith into everyday life and enabling believers to understand, defend, and share Christian truth with clarity and conviction. Many say I have a gift for preaching and teaching God’s Word in the power of the Spirit - ministering God’s Word is something I love to do!
I’ll soon be relocating from Wales to England with my amazing wife Catherine and our fun-loving daughters, Ariella and Apphia. Catherine is an ordained Elim Pentecostal minister too and the CEO of Prison Fellowship England & Wales. We're ever hopeful Liverpool FC fans, eagerly expectant for the next big trophy! In our downtime, we enjoy movies, walks with the dog, hanging out with friends, and discovering delicious new restaurants.
